RESEARCH

Our lab members collaborate on research projects that address the diverse cultural needs of individuals and organizations. By prioritizing initiatives that promote inclusion and equity, we are committed to enhancing mutual understanding, fostering authentic belonging, and driving meaningful systems change. In partnership with peers who share our community values, we work to advance the field of applied behavior analysis and make a lasting impact on the communities we serve.

To create equitable and inclusive opportunities for individuals interested in research, our lab welcomes volunteer participation from those outside the lab who wish to contribute to research initiatives through workgroups—small teams dedicated to specific projects—and be considered for lab membership. If you're interested in joining a workgroup, please email your CV or resume to shapingchangelab@gmail.com.
